We offer free worldwide shipping on all of our orders.

Please note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we require 3 to 5 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it, with the shipping taking around 7 days, however due to COVID delaying a lot of businesses getting there items to customers on time it could take up to 25 days, if it has been longer than the 25 days then please get in touch .Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!  

Please bear in mind that We’re experiencing delivery delays at the moment, due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes, the current logistics has been updated a bit slowly.

If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your order and do not know how to track your package, please contact us. Our support team will gladly help you locate the location of your package and its estimated delivery date. Do not worry, your package is on the way.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available.  So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation email. If you are unsure of your Tracking ID please look back for an email saying your package was shipped. If you cannot find an email, contact us. Please allow 1 to 5 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.  We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.  Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost/Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you with your order details.  If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team.
